Your newest addition:traditionals of course!

A trio just arrived...

Top and bottom are the 83 pattern, 2 blade on top, 3 blade on bottom. Texas jack in the middle. Interestingly, the middle and bottom are both labeled as Kentucky bluegrass.
Thanks. Case's color definitions and sample photos leave a lot to be desired. The two blade is a sweet pattern.

GEC Tidioute #66 Gabon Ebony, here with Buck 301

First GEC. Great looking knife. The clip blade snaps great, and has a perfect pull, for me thats the pull og an alox sak. Sheepfot and spey blade is a bit gritty, but with some oil and ise I’ll guess it will come along. The spey blade rubs against the sheepsfoot on opening, but it’s a user, so I don’t mind.

Compared to the Buck, the #66 blades are almost the same size, but the handle so much smaller and pocket friendly!

Edge pro’ed the clip and sheepsfoot blades to 2300 grit on the edge pro to thin out the stock bevels, as they where quite thick. Now they are really sharp!

Thats a beauty Alan. Manny makes a great knife. What is the scale material and steel on that one?
It started out as a creamy bone that's yellowed with age. I got it second hand and never inquired about the steel. I could check with Manuel but not that crucial to me.

No worries. Thanks for the reply. I think Manny generally only works with O1 and only recently CPM 154. I have a zulu spear with CPM 154 on order from him that I'm very excited for. Congrats on the pickup, it's a beaut!

The dogleg I had was O1. I don't know why but his knives are seriously underappreciated. They don't seem to trade like some others do. That's a loss to those who think that way.
