Is the bottom one a "Senator?"A trio just arrived...

Top and bottom are the 83 pattern, 2 blade on top, 3 blade on bottom. Texas jack in the middle. Interestingly, the middle and bottom are both labeled as Kentucky bluegrass. Is the bottom one a "Senator?"
Thanks. Case's color definitions and sample photos leave a lot to be desired. The two blade is a sweet pattern.Top and bottom are the 83 pattern, 2 blade on top, 3 blade on bottom. Texas jack in the middle. Interestingly, the middle and bottom are both labeled as Kentucky bluegrass.
Beautiful knife. Been following it thru the last three owners. One fine score right there...
Beauty there Jack, CPM 154 blade? if so, great steel, to bad it can't take a nice deep, dark patina

Thats a beauty Alan. Manny makes a great knife. What is the scale material and steel on that one?Just received this Manuel Saldana LC. At 3.5" I thought it might be a little smaller than I would like. Not true, it's a dynamite piece. The seller also surprised me by including this beautiful alligator slip.

It started out as a creamy bone that's yellowed with age. I got it second hand and never inquired about the steel. I could check with Manuel but not that crucial to me.Thats a beauty Alan. Manny makes a great knife. What is the scale material and steel on that one?
No worries. Thanks for the reply. I think Manny generally only works with O1 and only recently CPM 154. I have a zulu spear with CPM 154 on order from him that I'm very excited for. Congrats on the pickup, it's a beaut! It started out as a creamy bone that's yellowed with age. I got it second hand and never inquired about the steel. The dogleg I had was O1. I don't know why but his knives are seriously underappreciated. They don't seem to trade like some others do. That's a loss to those who think that way.No worries.
