Your newest addition:traditionals of course!

I had a pretty special one come in today. :D

A Solingen made Boker barlow featuring damascus steel forged from parts of a WW2 M4 Sherman tank by Chad Nichols. It also features brown burlap Micarta and a phenomenally done integral steel bolster/liners. Fit and finish is really, really great. :D

Nice!

IMHO Boker has been on a roll with their Barlows.

Beautiful Todd!!
Is that a new favorite? 😁
Thanks Ed.
Surely that’s a rhetorical question Captain Obvious! 🤣🤣🤣

Absolutely beautiful Brian, now I’m REALLY excited for mine to arrive. 😎👍

My little swell center jack needed a big brother, so I rounded up a Copperhead in CV and the same "dark" red bone.....
The copperhead is nicely done, with the only "flaws" I've found being a slight gap at one backspring, and the spring is slightly proud on the pen blade when it is open.

My new Fraraccio knife came today; inexpensive and a little roughly finished, but very solid. I don’t know anything about their manufacturing process, but it seems to me like human hands were involved. It came very sharp. I’m not generally a huge fan of stainless, but it seems to fit the vibe of these things. I could picture them being sold in a glass display counter somewhere along with Zippo lighters, mood rings, stilettos, and novelty handcuffs.

At 4-1/8” closed, it is a little smaller than my usual carry.

I might splurge and get the 21cm (open) model at some point, which should be around 4-3/4” closed.

A final copperhead. Really I'm done deal.gif I've got like, 30 copperheads between various manufacturers, so why would I ever buy any more 🤔

Anyway its a single blade black pearl kirinite. Really hard to photograph. You wouldn't believe how many I deleted. Change the angle a little bit and it looks completely different. Pretty cool

A few weeks ago, I picked up user natural canvas Micarta #71 Bull Nose off the exchange. Having seen the knife that he gifted to JohnDF JohnDF a while back, and admittedly being a bit jealous of its awesomeness, I reached out to Sacto Sacto to ask if he would do a similar mod for me. Thankfully, he agreed, and it turned out awesome!

Bart thinned out the handles just a bit, rounded off some of the sharper angles around the handle, and modified the drop point into more of a spear(ish) point. This thing feels awesome in hand!

Thank you again Bart!
