ZT 0200 Three Knife Givaways!

I started out as a member of the spyderco form and spent years over there, before becoming a member of blade form. they are great people over there very generous, very similar to the Kershaw form in a lot of ways. all I have to say, I didn't exactly agree with, starting up a separate vote drive on the spyderco form. I think the result was handled well, as well as could be expected. they Walker is very popular both here and there legitimately, and for good reason. I think he would've been a contender, in any case. in very likely in the top three or four. I have been watching this whole thing very closely. and was party to both ends from the very beginning, I'm glad things worked out. for the best. I hope some of you come over to the spyderco form, and learn what it's all about. it is a little hard to get in, to do a tape of manual spam filter, spyderco is not primarily a form, and there may be some delays due to other. duties performed by the moderator but well worth the wait.

PS this is been the most "exciting" contest I've seen. I personally would like to thank everybody who stepped up to make it right. both Kershaw and spyderco a like for what it's worth.

Edited to add: On 12-11-07 i recieved an email from a very nice woman at Spyderco,.....explaining is was not MY address that was being banned,......simply ALL "free" email accounts such as my main email,....yahoo.com

Frequent "spam" was the reason cited. And i believe now everything will be fine.......

Don't take it personally. When I learned that there were forums on Spyderco's official website, I signed up just for fun. I think it took 3 days before I was able to post. Just give it a bit of time. Also....

Excellent job Joe, and as you can very well see, the "Spyderco guys" are not a superficial bunch. If they were, they'd have been "weeded out" a long time ago...

Props also to georgemaggos for giving Joe a Spyderco Lava...and the limited to only 140 pieces Forum Lava at that! It's a great knife, and also one that you can look at and then think back about regarding this particular giveaway!

I am glad things have turned out as they should among knife nutz!:thumbup:

Ok...After reading Daywalker's posts in this thread, I've "calmed down" a bit, and no-longer harbor any hard feelings, RE: the "Spyderco forum votes" cast for Daywalker. I think that he SHOULD receive one of the ZT 0200 folders that joejeweler has put up as gifts, so......Why not just end this now, and award the 3 ZT 0200/0200ST folders to the top 3 vote getters? :

oh i trust ya glockman. they look really solid. heck i was going through the new issue of knives illustrated and they were talking about knives in the war (mainly autos). they showed a pic of one of our boys holding a ZT0200!! (pg 62 i beleive in case anyone has that issue and is wondering). i thought that was cool. cant wait!
