I'm not even gonna try this go around, I'm traumatized from the frantic hunt and the "nope sorry, sold it all to my buddies" replies so I'm not even gonna try actually... I simply thought that those days were over and I do not want to revisit. I'm glad though that they plan on continuing with selling it themselves in the future after the kinks gets worked out.

Well, I didn't detail EVERYTHING she told me, but she actually covered that point too:

Our production team worked hard to complete the 0392 and we felt we would rather get these into the hands of our fan base rather than sitting on them for months while our IT dept. works behind the scenes.

Awesome, how did they box it? Was there a little pouch included like the 0454?
Also, how is the overall profile? It looks wide compared to the 0454, but not quite as wide as an 0562. I'm curious how the 0392 falls between these 2 models.

I'll see if I can throw up some comparisons at lunch time. The blade is surprisingly thick and it's hefty, but not overly heavy (to me). It's more like a... Reassuring heft. I don't have an 0454 to compare it to, but I will put it up against my 0561, 0562 and 0550.

The box is a very nice magnetic closure presentation box with a very nice certificate, but no zipper pouch which I was surprised about.
