They sent an apology email over how all this was handled and said they would give us "Priority Ordering" on a Ruby or an 0392, just reply to the email and they will take care of us. So I reply to the email saying I'm still interested in a 0392 and would like to know when my hostage money will be returned. What happens? ZT's servers reject my email. Yeah, unless they 100% guarantee me an 0392, I doubt I'll be doing any business with them on their website again. This whole thing has been ridiculous.

I get that I was too late, if you read my earlier posts I wasn't holding my breath I would actually get anything, but that doesn't change the fact this whole thing has been a cluster****. This is exactly the crap Triple Aught Design fixed their system to avoid.
 
I'm guessing there are more happy customers than unhappy, so yeah, it worked fine. It was the first run, it will get better every time.

The attitude emanating from the email likely caused it to get kicked back. :)

So, Cosmo, this is the first thing you have ever ordered over the internet and had a problem with? I would be shocked if that was the case. Even Amazon has glitches now and then. Also, you are told that you can have priority ordering for the next two big ones coming out as a bit of compensation and you still go on about the "Triple Aught Design" lottery. Well, when you start selling a high demand item over the internet, now you know to do a lottery rather than trying a method to make it fair to as many people as possible at a reasonable price. Also, I hope you get it right on your first try or there will be a "Found Cosmonaut" complaining about how you screwed him over.

I wasn't worried, I completed my order in less than three minutes after the sale opened. Now that I'm reading this, though, I'm getting antsy--I haven't gotten one of these emails :(

My email had no attitude until it was kicked the third time trying to reply to the very same email I was told to reply to, and two times attempting to email the main info email address.

But it's fine guys, I'm just out $510 with no idea when it's going to be returned (Shopatron still says "Shipping Soon!"), with no way of communicating with the company that has it, screwed because the company can't even figure out how to get their system right (their admission). I guess I'm just supposed to be a good fanboy and swallow it all, right? Oh yeah, and nice bit rubbing the fact that you are going to end up with two in our face, sweet.

No I get it, I'm just a sore loser.

Edit: Just so there's no confusion, I'm not whining. I just want reliable communication and some idea when my money will get back. They've had my money for going on 3 days now. I could care less about missing out on the sale because if you look at my earlier emails, I knew it was a long shot. That doesn't change the fact that this whole thing has still been a **** show.

Did you use a credit card or debit card? If it was CC who cares, it eventually will be refunded by due date so no interest.

They are not going to just keep your money, you will get a refund, they have their hands full at the moment.
