Especially interesting since I just got off the phone with a friendly lady at ZT and she said something else entirely.

She told me that my order was good to go, but that they were still in the process of getting them out and not to worry. Apparently not getting an email isn't the kiss of death, as I hadn't received one and she looked up my order number and said I was getting one. I guess a little patience is all that's required at this point, assuming you haven't gotten a cancellation email . . . not that I had any, I broke down and called them.
 
They haven't shipped yet. I just called and I got right through to the lady that's handling the 0454.

My order was completed at 9:40EST and she confirmed that I did get one, and it will ship sometime today.

I guess it's possible if you didn't get one, that she just said they have already shipped, they are probably already boxed up and awaiting pickup. On a side note, I received the order confirmation when I ordered, but I had not received a shipping soon, or cancellation email. Only the first one, so there is still hope for the people that haven't gotten an email either, I'd just call and ask. Just for reference, I used this number - 503.682.1966

I've seen them sell for over $1500, but with the influx of new ones, I'd say about double the retail price, maybe a little less. If you really purchased it to flip it, it be dumb to sell it within the first week, when everyone else is. You'd make a lot more money if you held onto it for 6 months or a year. I'll tell you what though, I'm going to EDC this knife if I like it, and I'll end up selling it or trading it for below retail value just like any of my other knives. Why should I charge someone ridiculous prices just because they weren't lucky enough to get one. This is a hobby, not a business.
 
Reminder: They clearly stated 7-10 days for shipping.

Manufacturers don't necessarily ship like retailers.
 
Ditto to the posters above.. shipping confirmation has been sent!! For those wondering I never got the "your knife will ship tomorrow" email...
 
Picked up a 562 CF at a local retailer today and just got shipping confirmation on my 454.... Not a bad start to the weekend
