I just got this:

Frankly, were embarrassed by the error and extremely sorry to have to give you this news. Our web techs are working on the problem right now to ensure that this or similar errors do not occur in the future."
I'd say I'm pissed.
I'd say I'm disappointed.
But that would such an understatement that it's not worth try to explain
I've been collecting knives, especially Kershaw and ZT, for over a decade. I'm pretty mad right now.'
