0770 CF production question

BHQ has them in stock I'm not sure if that was mentioned. Of course I can't pick one up at the moment! :/
 
I just sent payment to my dealer. Needless to say, I'm a happy camper! And yes, Thomas, my cup is more than half full now. Even though you and I have had our differences over vernacular, I'm looking forward to finally being able to own a knife from ZT that's suitable to my needs. Now do me a favor. Go grab Rick and strike a deal to produce a 3.0" version of the 0560 that weighs less than 4.0 ounces. You can do it. I know you can! :)

Two cents coming up:

XM-18 by ZT with a KVT flipper that works and a 3" blade of M390 plus CF. :thumbup:

Alternatively, 0801 Mini with 3" blade of M390 or 0600 Mini (lose the CF inlay) with a 3" blade of B75P. Even, 0550 Mini with no flipper.

I promise not to ask for anything else ever again. :D

Waiting doesn't bother me. I've always had gobs of patience.

I thought I seen the M390 version listed at a couple of other places other than BHQ.

There isn't anything to link to. There were some "behind the scenes" circumstances that led to the request. I wasn't happy to see it happen but I respect the decision nonetheless.
 
I'm not happy about it either. But if that's what Thomas felt he had to do, I respect his decision as well.
 
For those who have felt both: how is the texture difference between the 0770CF and the 0770. I'm getting antsy.


Is the CF noticibly grippier?

It would be the difference between smooth carbon fiber and smooth hard anodized aluminum.
