I am liking the stag you are all showing off! Mine is due in Texas on Saturday but I am hoping the PO will get it there quicker…

Perhaps did you not choose the "good" dealer. I could have grasped both of them, yesterday afternoon, they went much slower than (unfortunately) usual.
First went the lambsfoot (took some while), then much later the spear.
Knowing that :
-) one is not enough, you need the pair if you're a collector;
-) look of the sambar (not my fav material) is hit & miss (x2!);
-) PPP is an incentive if there's offsprings, means not much for one offs;
-) new EU regulations add 20% vat (shipping included),

left my chance to one (or two) happy buyer(s). 😗

I actually saw the pen blade version and thought 'meh'..... left it for another happy buyer as well!

20% VAT?!?!?😯 That is insanely high!
 
I passed up the first dealer notification, but jumped when I saw them again. Sheepsfoot is on its way. This will be my first stag; I’m still not sure what I prefer as far as stag types go.

Not all EU countries are the same....JP get's it easy at 20% here it's 24% of the invoice value and delivery costs, then Finnish Posti charges you a further 3.50€ for allowing you to (eventually) get your parcel 🤬

So, these considerations are important to us European buyers, even gifts get taxed now!

The Keychain knife is interesting, good to have a choice of blades, the idea is nice but it would have to be pretty inexpensive to make it credible. Plus I have to say that most of the Sambar seen so far, is not looking very distinguished at all. Then, 96 USD plus about 20 shipping plus the tax, plus the Posti fee comes to 147 USD / c.125 € for a 2.5" inch novelty type? Not on.:rolleyes:
