A day in the life of Burger Knives (the making of the EXK1).

Reese said he's doing a collaboration on a sword cane with Burger. Can't wait to see the pics.

I really like that large EXK. In fact there wasn't a knife there that I'd turn down. I loved that large Bowie type knife on the shelf behind the counter in the brown leather sheath.

My EXK is probably my favorite of about 35 knives I have.

I'm really liking the looks of these knives. Too bad their website is down. I emailed Trevor the other day and haven't received a response, but in the meantime I ordered a Boker Plus Exskelibur to see how I like the design.

I'm sorry I don't understand your post. Can you please explain?

Would anyone know how much a Large Exkelibur with a damascus blade is worth ? The only price i can find is for a N690 blade.

It might depend on the damascus used. If you have the Certificate of Authenticity it should state what damascus was used. I would advise sending Trevor an Email with a picture and asking him. I am thinking around the $270-$300 mark, but can be wrong.

I could not photograph everything they had, the amount of people there at the time was a bit much for me but it was great to meet Fred and Barry Burger for the first time after years. Trevor Burger whom I have always dealt with and met was out for the day. Great folks.
