I printed out the Gadsen (yellow one) flag and the current 50 star flag a couple of days ago. They are taped in the back of my truck window.

And I'm not the flag waving type.

Completely understood. And greatly appreciated.

I'm not the mindless "my country right or wrong" type either. Never have been. I have been very critical of my government and its leaders throughout my 24 years employment therein. Perhaps that's one of the great things about our country. In fact I know it's one.

But, as you have seen yourself, there is a time for criticism and debate and a time to stand shoulder to shoulder with your brothers and sisters and face the threat that opposes us. Now is that time.

I'm proud to stand with all here.
 
The Gadsden flag is back up, but today with a wreath of flowers at it's base to signify the loss/sorrow for those who were lost. Make that murdered most foul. And Blues, Howard, I agree with you on all counts.

I find many of this country's leaders fools, corrupt, and manipulative and unworthy of respect. But in times like these, it is not the politicians who lead, but who have to run to catch up with plain old Uncle Bill Sixpack; Howard the softspoken; Blues the road-salt-of-the-earth; and Rusty the clown.

PS - Schmeckel?
 
And catch up they'd best do if they don't want a revolution in addition to the problems they already have.

You have your politicians on the one hand, and the rest of us (including you), on the other. Calling ourselves the good guys would obviously be redundant.
