Another scammer?

The irony is knifehunt has more posts (312) in the GB&U then anywhere else. He even pretended to be a caring dude who added his 2 cents into tons of GB&U threads... what a crock. Snake in disguise.

Did similar things at BCUSA too, complaining about those who did not keep their word or ship on time. Typical traits of a con man actually. Build confidence in others before ripping them off. Do enough good trades to get a support group of people on your side then pull a scam or two and hope your reputation carries you through it. Almost worked here till Sharp Canadian stepped in and mentioned his ban at BCUSA

That was/is part of his MO. I actually had a couple good dealings with him before he was exposed on the other forum and our deal went south. I never suspected a thing until it was almost to late.

Wolf initially got a lot of negativity directed at him for having given the other username previously, which he's apologized for, and still managed to come in here and lay out his case. I just hope it works out in the end that he gets his knife back.
 
omg what a turn! I have been following this thread closely these two days. Not knowing either guy, I have maintained a neutral stand, even if the fact that more than a few were singing praises for knifehunt on the first two or three pages. I tried to come up with other possibilities assuming knifehunt is innocent as he claimed and some others thought, but all those other possibilities just do not make sense.

Thx for guys from other sites to report of the poor things this guy did.

At this point, I have only one request for knifehunt if it is not too much: please return wolfsnagels knife if you received or receive it.
 
Well, I feel like a blithering idiot. I stood up for Knifehunt based on my own positive experience with him, and it turns out I supported a scammer.

It's a lesson learned and one that won't be forgotten.

Been there brother, been there.
I supported him a couple times over there to and felt exactly like I'm sure a few of you do right now.
He got the best of a lot of us. If not for knives or money for the support we offered him thinking he was a good guy. We just have to live and learn I guess.
The bummer thing is I know he is reading this right now and laughing at us.

I'm with you as well. Had very positive experiences with him. One has to wonder about a split personality almost. It's sad to see (honestly). Human beings shouldn't self-destruct so well.
 
it's a trip to read the first couple pages of this thread where everybody is bashing wolf and then reading the last couple pages (i missed a lot by skipping the middle) and seeing apologies and people eating crow. remember using vpn's can show ones ip adress from anywhere in the world.
 
Yes, there are certainly a few posters from the first few pages of this thread that maybe need to use this whole episode as a learning experience and an example of why it is sometimes best to hold your tongue till the facts are in.
 
If the package hasn't been delivered, can it be halted at one of the post offices on the way?
 
Certainly Sharp_Canadian deserves credit for bring us the info on Knifehunt, but so does Wolf for calling him out in the 1st place. This certainly wasn't the ending I expected at all, but that is why these threads have to be played out. There are often twists and turns in them-but this one had some doozies.
