Another scammer?

Ok so the information starts forming on page 52 p#517. He has several different names he was using including his original account 'knifecraft' and 'evil monkey' . There is stleast 60 posts there about this guy. I can't screen shot all of it and upload them in time for you guys but here is his name on a confirmed list.

 
I'm sure other members of there will see his name in the first post and be along shortly with more detailed information but I do know for a 100% fact he's a scammer.
 
Thanks sharp, good enough for me. Turns out dude IS a scammer lol This thread has been a roller coaster ride.

This also explains his unwillingness to help in his own defense, he knew his past would catch up to him in this thread and tried to get it shut down immediately.

All getting clearer now.
 
Haha that's why I didn't even read the additional 8 pages. I got confused a couple posts in but felt I needed to confirm that Michael Sylvia is definitely a scammer, and apparently a good one. Can never be too cautious it seems like and I'm sorry for anyone that has dealt with the shit bag.

This about summed up the same story he gave to everyone... Hospitalized, lost the receipts after going through with many trades. So no proof of sending a knife, but telling people it was in the mail.
 
Glad guys like you who go between forums keep their eyes peeled. You make this place a little safer.

I logged in and saw the posts you were referring to. Looks like a Mike Sylvia had a username of Knifecraft over there and was banned...

This thread is making me lose faith in humanity.

Knowing that he's been down this road before, I can understand why he'd rather just quit. Especially if he thought his past might get dug up. Maybe BF was a fresh start for him, since many have had good dealings with him. After this, I'm sure he won't be back.

Since this is so confusing, are we at Nighstalker1975 perhaps making a deal with one of knifehunt/harrishmasher, getting their personal info, and then using that to scam Wolfsnagel?!

Edit that: Knifehunt is Michael Sylvia aka Knifemaster on BCUSA?!

Don't count on him not returning, scammers only care about making a buck.

It did seem as though he turned a new leaf here at bladeforums, but why scam another person here if he really turned a new leaf?

To back up Sharp Canadian, over on BCUSA Michael Sylvia aka knifecraft, made a deal with me for one of my finest blades. In exchange he was sending me 2 knives he DIDNT EVEN OWN. He used someone else's pictures in a PM exchange. Thankfully I was tipped off and wouldn't you know it he was banned shortly afterwards for doing the same thing to others over there. If knifehunt is the same guy I would act quickly to protect others on this forum.
 
He also used EvilMonkey, ScandiMan, and probably several other name over there as well.

I would assume that he has several names on this forum also.

I had some really nice deals with him and am so bummed that things have turned out like this. Damn shame.

So are you and Mike friends? Seems so as he is sending you personal emails. Why aren't you trying to get him on here and clear this up? Maybe you are??

I've dealt with him a great deal and have trusted him quite a lot. He apparently saw that I was in his corner and hoped I could help. I tried getting him on here. After these recent revelations it makes sense why he wouldn't want to.

This whole thing just sucks.
