Why didn't you just sent the money? I told you in an email that if you were having money problems I would work something out. You were never straight to me from the start. Who knows what condition the knife will be in when I get it.

In a case like this Boker should have also sent money to cover Mike's shipping costs. Even though it isn't much, Mike shouldn't be out of pocket for any amount of money.
