Anyone dealt with Jimmy Hadley in OK?

As of this posting time I still have not received any word from Mr. Hadley. I have been very patient in this matter,but this crap is starting to get old! Rest assured , if this matter is not taken care of in a timely fashion, steps will be taken from my end. These steps will not be pleasant for either party. BOKER, I am waiting to hear from you! My email address is still marty19622004#yahoo.com . I still check on a regular basis. I would highly recommend that you contact me as soon as possible, Marty Jones. :grumpy:

I hope things work out. This guy is such a liar. Every email that he sent me was full of lies. I even doubt that the confirmation number that he provided is real. So far it doesn't show up on the USPS site. Keep us posted, I'll do the same.

edit to add: I just checked the confirmation number and looks like it is legit. Hopefully my knife is in there and not a large ****. :D
 
Just be careful when you open that box!! I just hope everything works out for every body involved. If he doesn't complete his deal with me, I WILL file mail fraud charges against him. Hope I don't have to, but if it comes down to it I will. I will keep every body posted. Good luck to all involved. Marty :grumpy:

Not only is it redundant, but it really just says the same thing twice in a row.
 
UPDATE: After a one month visit to Oklahoma, my knife made its way back to Indiana.

Jimmy Hadley, aka Boker, thanks for the great trade. :mad: Oh wait, we didn't trade, you shafted me out of 20 bucks and kept my knife for a month. After countless lies promising that you sent the money and then saying that your "Son" was the one that ripped me off, you decided to send my knife back.
What is funny is that you shipped it Priority Mail with Signature confirmation. That probably set you back about $5. For another $15 you could have just kept the knife. I even said in two different emails that if you didn't have the money, we could work something out. I guess I'll never understand you. So instead I have my knife back and I am only out First Class shipping. Consider it a Christmas Gift. Let's do it again next year...shall we? :D

By the way, thanks to all of the members here who "helped" out. I don't think I would have my knife back if ya'll didn't step in. Marty, did you get squared away yet?

Negative! I have heard nothing, repeat, NOTHING from Mr. Hadley! I guess there's no honor in his house, even during the Holidays. I just hope he can stand to look at himself in the mirror,knowing he has tried to screw over so many good people. Sad ain't it ? :grumpy: :mad:

Just a thought: in Ohio, the Supreme Court's Office of Disciplinary Counsel is always interested to hear about arguably dishonest behavior by licensed attorneys. I presume there is a similar organization in Oklahoma.

As I posted earlier a google search turns up the info where the person supposedly works, or their dad works. Give them a call.
 
It might be necessary to repost that information but let's hold off just a little longer -- I'll send him an email.
 
Cougar, I've been holding off since 17 Nov,when I put $80 worth of my knives in the mail to him! I don't know how much longer I'm willing to wait. As of this posting time, I have heard absolutely nothing from him, since the flaming. He has not made any attempt to contact me, in any fashion, to let me know whats going on. I don't think anyone on these boards can say I have been anything but patient, polite, and understanding since this mess began. Still Waiting, Marty. :grumpy: :mad:
