Anyone dealt with Jimmy Hadley in OK?

Sounds like this guy impersonates a teenager to buy time, or deflect problems. Clearly this guy is running scams all over the place. I think I'd just call the sherriff/detective in Pryor. They might like to add an internet fraudster to their arrest record. Heh, you could even print out his picture to fax to them.

These two are a couple of douches. When you read through the GlockTalk thread, they link to a bunch of forums these two choads did the same thing on.

Any chance a complaint the Okla. Bar Association might be of any help?
 
I'm sure they would be, at least in possibly getting him disbared. But somebody actually has to do it, write them a letter, then just talk about doing it.

(f) knowingly assist a judge or judicial officer in conduct that is a violation of applicable rules of judicial conduct or other law.

Someone go on GT and post a link to this thread and the other so they can secure anything they've got on him too.
 
If the folks at the other forum are correct, the picture is of the attorney father of the less-than-honest son.

Impersonating an attorney is unlawful in Ohio.

If an attorney assists or facilitiates in the impersonation of an attorney in Ohio, that costs the attorney his license.

Perhaps the kid needs a life-changing experience -- and perhaps the dad as well.
 
I'm not convinced there two parties, a son and a dad. All that could be just another scam as well. How do you know over the internet?

Boker claimed to be an attourney in pryor OK. I'd take that at face value and call the Sheriff. Let them sort that out in person. Ditto the Bar ascociation.
 
I really thought he was doing the right thing.... He emailed me on the 16th saying the phones at his office were ringing off the hook, promising me he'd sent everything and begging me to remove the phone numbers from the thread, and I got messages from a couple of people he was involved in transactions with saying he had finally sent them confirmation numbers....

There is an james hadley attourney listed in pryor oklahoma, google turns it up very easily. Should be easy to give him a call to see if it's him or his kid.

Here's the law office info, it's possible he adjuncts there or something. Deans office would probably be the best place to ask for.

Got home from some last minute Christmas shopping and guess who had emailed me? Yep,you got it . I called the number he left, got a voice mail service.Emailed him back, left him a nice looong message.Let's see what happens! You guys have been GREAT coming up with all this info! When I finally got my knife back, he used "Vinita" OK newspaper. Also, sounds like some people on the gun forums know them personnaly and I am almost believing that there is a son and a dad. Even if the son is making bad deals, the dad does know about them and seems like he could give a hoot. I thing the son is around 17 from reading the other posts on the gun forums.
 
By the way, DaveH, excellant detective work my friend. Just to add, I read on one post that at a gun show, the son and the father were both spoke of. Maybe there are two.................great....... :rolleyes:
 
Got a phone call from Mr.Hadley this morning!He says he's putting knives in the mail to me today,( heard that before) we'll see. he wanted to make sure I posted this info, hoping the MODS would let him back on.LOL!! Actually he sounded like an adult trying to keep his a$$ out of a sling! He apologized for the delay, LMAO. I'm not sure why he wants the mods to let him back in, but that's up to them. I'll probably allow a couple of extra days for shipping time, Christmas back up at USPS and all, but if my knives aren't in hand by the middle of next week the feces is gonna hit the rotary oscillator.
