Are Busse knives the only high end production knives actually being used?

Oh and as far as the handle, that's your opinion. The handle to me is better than the Infidu handle. The rmd is just too small. Then consider I bought the SRK razor sharp. Unreal edge. I've never felt a new rmd/infidu cut butter brand new. I'm sure they are super tough though.

I have no problem with that, different strokes for different folks.
But there is absolutely no way the SRK would outlast an INFIdu.
I could go round up a dozen broken SRK pics in about 2 minutes,, never seen an snapped INFI blade outside of Nos's video

As far as sharpness as received from Busse, my INFIdu was a hair popping convexed edge.
My larger Busses have not had that same edge, that one was easily the sharpest I've ever had.

Infidu's are super tough. But the thread asked a question about other knives. Could someone post a video of some infidu abuse? Or some other similar measuring knife. From what I understand the broken SRK are normally an older version that had a weak point and that the issue has been resolved. The one in the video didn't break

I believe most people don't abuse their smaller knives as much in general so that keeps those videos down. The closer you get to the hand the more apprehensive people get and I don't blame them the smaller blades are usually thinner as well.

You misunderstood. I haven't see a 5mm 6" busse in any videos like this. I understand there are infi videos but I'd like to see some infi in a similar configuration. A 33" thick 12" blade isnt really a good comparison. Neither is a hawk

I guess geometry has passed you. A 0.2" thick blade 1 inch wide with a sabre grind half way down the side is actually more obtuse and more of a prybar than a Basic 9 which is 0.25" thick and flat ground for it's entire 1.4" width. So the SRK should actually be tougher. As for the handle, it is a known fact that CS's kraton handles fall apart after extended use. Like it or not. Fact. That handle is a pos. It also has no ergonomics. The resiprene is tougher, more chemical resistant, more heat resistant and is way more ergonomic.

I just don't think comparing those two knives, which are worlds different, is very valuable. You asked if anyone used knives other than busse. It was kinda answered. Busse stands alone with what they do well. That is rarely disputed.

I'll say it again,, Carothers Performance Knives(with the Delta HT) are the only ones that are in the same echelon IMO.
Survive will have the same HT protocol, and will surely also do very well.

So i mean, people do hard use knives but I'll admit it's hard to find them to fit your criteria. A $300+ production knife narrows it down a bit. Most knives in that price range are not really production.

I haven't watched every second of those videos, but does he show a close-up of the edge deformation? Just cutting a lime after hitting it on a cinderblock isn't really a good test in my opinion, as a knife with chips in the steel can still cut a lime.

Now please please please forgive me for posting this one. I know it's corny and someone will make fun of it but......... This guy chops a freakin pig in half!!!!! Cmon - someone show me a Moab chopping a freakin pig in half!!!!!!

I'm sure the edges get trashed. Chipped, rolled and what not but the use is use. Some of it is kinda impressive. At least the kukri video shows some bending too. But let's be real, that is some hard use. This is what was asked right? Then a slight claim it didn't exist?

Now before anyone jumps on me, I'm not saying I don't think a busse can chop a pig in half!!!! I'm saying I want to see it. So freaking cool!!
