Arkansas Custom Knife Show 2012-Show Us what you Got

I will try to take some pictures today... I've never had so many knives going at once and none of them have been finished enough for photos until yesterday. So hopefully today.

This is the best I can do for photos of the RSH I'm making for the show. For now. I'll have Chuck shoot it and a couple others but they may not get posted in time. I'm in the same boat as the rest of you guys. I'm sorry for the cell phone shots, but this is better than nothing.

Well... Here is the best I can do right now until I have time to photograph any of the individual pieces. The big Japanese style tanto/camp knife still has quite a ways to go.. as does the damascus blade with mammoth ivory scales. But almost everything still needs some work as well as finishing sheaths. Whoooo!

Sword will be coming too as well as one other knife that didn't get into the picture.

Roger, I agree - that Newton is REALLY something special!

Lin, that subhilt looks like a real winner too! Can't wait to see it finished:thumbup:

Bill

Lin, I don't think the pictures are bad at all. That's sure a different looking piece of ironwood. I'll be getting my knives packaged up and mailed tomorrow. You should receive them on Thursday.

Scott, Looking good! What is that white stuff?

Beautiful photo Buddy, and just a gorgeous knife from Jerry.

Scott - that's going to beone impressive table!

Bill - fantastic boxed set! I don't think I've seen that particular combination of knives from you before.

Roger

Hopefully Roger!

Bill.. that set is just beautiful. That damascus suits the old timey feel of everything. Gorgeous.

There sould be a lot suprises this weekend with no more than this being posted. Who knows if it is worth the trip? I am glad I live close.

Another one from Ron - 6 bar Turkish twist keyhole damascus integral hunter with a 5-1/8” blade. Hand carved and checkered Desert Ironwood handle.

Man O Man you guys have really stepped up to the plate for this show. This show is worth going to if anybody is wondering. Lots of home runs by the looks of it.
I will have 3 slippies for sale.

G’day All, just a few hours from getting on the plane. These are a few knives I will have with me. There are knifemakers and there are photographers, guess which I am! The Damascus chopper is a new pattern I am calling Terrazzo. (after the floors that it looks a bit like) The Hamon Hunter is W2 Amboyna and nickel twist Damascus. I would label the pictures individually but I am a bit too tired and emotional to figure it out at the moment:)! Righto off to bed 30 hours in transit and hey presto I’ll be there. Really looking forward to seeing you all in Little Rock.

Gonna be great to see you at the show, Shawn! :) Love the blade shape on that first one on the left, BTW.

G'day Shawn - LOVE that sheephorn bowie my man! And I am digging the damscus pattern on that chopper - wish I could look that one over real close.
