My email was 1:02 pm Central.Has anyone received the Buck email (I have received the email for the previous months) ?
yep. they seem to be better built than the American made ones I've used. i know this is unpopular, but sadly true for me. plus Mexico is still North America.![]()
got the email at 2:15pm est.Half have already sold out - currently 245 left. I have yet to receive the email notice. Has anyone received the Buck email (I have received the email for the previous months) ?
EDIT - I see Vaporstang received the email, so I assume others also did. I guess it is my turn to not receive notification. Saved by bladeforums once again !
exactly....on everything ya said there, SirYea, Mexico has some of the finest leather workers found anywhere in the world. I like American made, but when it comes to sheaths in particular, Iāll gladly buy something made in Mexico.
Iām with you on the D2 too. 5160, 3v, or 12c27m and I would have been inā¦. Heck, I might have even went for 420hc, with a cheaper price. That ironwood is bound to be gorgeousā¦. And on such a big handleā¦. Sweet! Iām just not a fan of D2, especially on such a large knife.![]()
Tru Dat. Mine cut air really well though.I am not sure that the blade steel on the Blade of the Month knives really makes any difference. I would be willing to bet that the 99% of the buyers will never even use it!
The price seems a little high for a D2 blade, though.
matters to me though. not really a d2 fan. I do use some of them.I am not sure that the blade steel on the Blade of the Month knives really makes any difference. I would be willing to bet that the 99% of the buyers will never even use it!
