No, when I :poop:, it's much bigger than you and can't be missed.

I gave 2 cents worth of commentary on $20 knives. Nothing more, nothing less. I offered experienced observations and ended with best wishes for "BBK" fans. Too bad you couldn't do the same. It's almost as if you question my honesty?

Pictures? I barely have time to take crappy pictures of knives I love. If you want crappy pictures of knives I merely confess to own, you'll need to take up a collection ;).

Seriously, do the math though. Knife Center ain't no fools...if they can afford to sell you Bad Bloods for $20...what does that tell you...?

...Other than the fact you seem way too defensive about a $20 knife. Dude, hold you head up and enjoy what you bought! You don't need to make us like it for you to like it too!

Beyond this I REALLY don't have more time to spend on a flea market knife.

Enjoy your knife and Happy Holidays!
Please spend your precious time ELSEwhere . Happy etc .
Oh , I might believe your 1st line above but the rest is weak .

Just curious : did the steel fail to perform somehow or did you just want a specific type ?
It performed as expected. Sharpens easily, dulls quickly. I am just a steel snob, plain and simple. I do remember the model though. The Patisan Nano. My dad has one too and loves his. He uses it for dressing deer, etc. and never notices the steel. I have bought him some knives in CTS-XHP and he can't tell the difference, so just goes to show you have to really look.

I will say that the Patisan Nano (not one on sale, unfortunately) is probably my favorite design of all time for a small fixed blade. I love it and want one in 3V so badly....

I don't have this one . I do see it for under $20 at other than sponsor sites .( At your own risk .)

Perry Knife Works IIRC is a sponsor and usually has some of the designer BBK on sale cheap .

The Partisan Nano is on sale and in stock at Knife Center .

Good to have the final word from an obvious expert ! You say you've handled these knives but it doesn't sound like it . What specific shortcomings did you discover in use ? I just hear very generic cheap knife criticism and snobbery . I'd like to see some pics of your well used BBK's with some specifics on their failure to perform . Otherwise , talk is cheap !

Also , maybe you SHOULD take some of your precious time to actually read the thread before commenting ? Nowhere is anything said about zen or grail . I have related specific pros and cons from my experience . You just came to :poop: .

Again with Insults for those you don't agree with. Is this really needed here?

I'm asking for an exchange first, neither of my other two BB folders have any lock stick. This stick is really bad, beyond any reasonable user repair IMO, so back it goes for another one or refund and re-buy.
A reputable dealer will gladly check the knife over for you if requested.

I responded to a post that was pretty dang insulting and probably bogus . Notice that no details were forthcoming even after being called out . What's that look like ? Please at least PRETEND to be "fair and balanced" !

Speaking of reputable dealers , I shoulda ordered my BBK Yokai from Knife Center . Instead I tried an Amazon seller "KnifeCountryUSA ". Big mistake , but I won't repeat it. They accepted the order ,but almost a week later I was told (had to ask ) that the item was on backorder with no ETA ! Cancelled that order PDQ and will never order from that seller again . Almost never have any problem with Amazon itself but some of their independent sellers really suck .

Good to hear, I'd hate for you to suffocate. ;) On topic, some of these would make fine "stocking stuffers" whether worth more or not. Others maybe more so but so what? o_O Buy/Give what pleases you, giving is a good thing. Merry Christmas to all! :D

Thanks, I didn't know there was a folder. I actually own the fixed blade version, but may have to pick up the folder too.
Well , ops ! I didn't remember that there is a fixed blade Partisan . You are very welcome !

I don't want or need a check over. It's going to be replaced or refunded, but I do want another, so if seller decides to refund, Ill just rebuy one.
So you're fine with getting another bad one? This doesn't make sense. Why not just ask the dealer to check for lock stick?

Any of the dealers here will inspect the knife before they ship it, why wouldn’t you want that?? You got a bad one already.

I'm confused. Rather than have the dealer make sure it's a perfect knife he wants to potentially get one with an issue.. and return it lol

panoz77, If you call and ask them to look the knife over they'll choose the best example they have and send it to you, saving time, and hassle.

Really? Why do I read so many horror stories of lock stick, bad centering etc on here for MUCH more expensive knives purchased from dealers here then?
