I do agree with you in theory, yet the only updates that have been made were stating more promises of rectification from the offending party. With as many lies that he has told they are effectively useless. Wait until you've been made whole and then you have an update worth mentioning.

I think we do want and appreciate the updates. Where they have run into trouble is on the opinion side-don't rush to judgment, give him a chance to make it right. These threads are very emotional and going against the grain isn't going to be an easy task. It never is. If they truly believe what they say then they should say it, but it may not be heartily welcomed, especially by those out money. Such is the price you pay sometimes for standing up for your beliefs.
It was good of you to bring it up .

I will add-they might want to wait until they have actually received compensation before updating. Then they have something solid to update rather than a Balls promise which has not shown a lot of value.

Let me rephrase this for you, sometimes, replies to a situation would be better accepted if the reply is short and to the point. Anything else may not be taken well.

These are all valid points gentlemen. It probably would be best if people waited for a tangible resolution before posting up. Also, I get that the emotions are running high, and people are not receptive to any sort of opinions about waiting for him to make things right. I think the catalyst for my post was simply that the people posting in this thread really turned on the victim in a mean way.

To be honest, since in both cases they posted to say he was making good before he actually did, I think it was a quid pro quo situation at best (ie. If you post positive comment about me, I will compensate you for it).

That's what I meant to ask, but said it backwards. By him using F&F, paypal won't reimburse you.
 
Hell i wouldnt be suprised if these defenders werent heath himself. All the guys with long track records agree he is a piece of monkey crap. Its a shame trash like that are still breathing. I dont feel bad for that guy and hope he does run into one of those guys who he owes.
