Son texted me earlier, and said there was blizzard warnings in Denver. 4 to 14 inches of snow, and wind gusts of 60mph.

Rubber/vinyl floor might work but let's say that said wife is spoiled to the point she won't tolerate bare metal floors, even with floor mats.

For the record, no female has ever refused to ride in my Blazer for lack of floor covering.

So what were the reasons they gave for not getting in?? :D

Somehow missed this photo. That's a sexy blade Todd:

I am single. The hypothetical scenario above was inspired by an actual post on chevyk5blazer.com and my response to it. He said his wife refused to ride in his blazer until he got carpet in it and I said I didn't see the problem.
Well, if it's just hypothetical, I'd probably get some paint-on rubberized bed liner and paint that sucker. If the wife wanted it fancy, I'd mix in some glitter. I've heard chicks dig glitter.

Or astroturf. Last time I checked, back in the 20th century, you could get it in a wide assortment of colors.

Dang. Gotta get me one of them now. Is this the Magua 2.0 I read about?

Nice. I'm probably just going to end up doing roll-on bedliner throughout the inside. The carpet was pretty thrashed when I got the rig and I already pulled most of it out. Makes the truck a whole lot noisier but it doesn't bother me any.

My Sonoma, if I keep it long enough, will eventually get rubber floors with insulation under it so I can hear the stereo and white noise is not helpful on long drives. Even though it's a 2wd it still gets dirty in there with all the places I traipse around. It would be nice to be able to sweep it out since there's no outlet near the parking lot to run a vacuum

For the record... A female human?

Heh heh heh

Doc

My tombstone would read

"Here lies a man with no wood, he asked me to help and i cut him up good"

:D

her tombstone would read

"here lies a woman who was cold, and instead of lifting her half of the load, blamed her man, again" :D

oh hey, i'm single

first day of work today.

in some ways, it's a huge step back in terms of what i've been working on in a way

and in another way, i get to COMPLETELY dominate the playing field, and architect something pretty freaking cool

like i was GOING to do for my ex company, but they screwed up... so the next guy's benefit.

i say "step back" as it's a blank slate tech wise, so they are open to suggestions... many places are already working on the bleeding edge. playing catchup to that is fun.

it's also fun to lead the way sometimes.

also, tiring :> god. i need a nap ;)

oh hey, i need to hewn some wood. i need a three position grip.

Congrats? Bladite.

A step back is frustrating, but creating all new is cool.

Plus pay checks are helpful to many life goals.
