Got a buck tonight. Broke the hood, bumper, blinker, and put a cut in my steer tire on the semi. Took it to a farmers place and had to use a forklift to bend the bumper back into a safer position and took a bracket off that was dangling. Limped it to my destination and am waiting for someone to come put a new tire on for me.

I don't think they have a tag that covers that. Glad you're alright, and that it was the work semi and not your personal vehicle.

Thanks. I usually only run about 60 in the truck and woulda been doing 70+ in my Tundra. It woulda been way more damage on the pickup for sure. I figure 1500 should fix the semi up pretty good.

Definitely not a tag for that one!

Eta- the hood on the semi isn't too bad. It has a few cracks, but should be OK as long as they don't spread, so I only figured the cost of a bumper, tire, and blinker.

Ain't nobody got time for that! I babied it the 70 miles I had left to get to where I needed to be and had an after hours place come put a new tire on. Grilled backstraps woulda been good though.
 
I got a Buck 110 in 5160 yesterday. Very cool to see this iconic blade in carbon steel.

That is pretty cool. I've been thinking about getting a custom 110 for a while, but I'd never use it.I honestly can't say where the 110 I have is at right now.

In other news, I just went through 25 pages of posts to uncheck a post, so I don't have to delete it every time I quote someone. Wish they would fix that.

So I went to see ortho Doc this past monday and I have a grade 2 AC tear, which is gonna be painful for the few weeks, Doc says roughly about 4 to 6 weeks recovery time for a 100% heal. No surgery required, I will however have a shoulder bump.

Those are quite tempting. If I break down enough to order a 5160 110, I'd probably be weak enough to order the 5160 119 at the same time.
 
710 had this photo in his sales thread for the 21 sheath:

I took parts of the hex cam sheath, and applied it to the OD sheath in the ol GIMPer. Custom made the firesteel holder and firesteel. Thought it turned out kinda cool:

Dubz,That looks hecka cool!!! that color is actually foilage green and I have thinking about making one like that, one problem is that the top camo wouldn't work, no eyelits holding it...

Thanks man. I knew when I rendered it the top part wouldn't work. Even glue wouldn't, I'm sure, with all the flexing it would do. Still looks cool though. Yes foliage, not OD.
