Man, hard to find good light inside this house for pix. Got home too late for outside light.
I put the red scales on it from the other knife, put natural ones back on that one.
Of course this Cliphart has the hidden lanyard hole feature too.
Blade is marked and sharp now.

Made a sheath for my hatchet project today.
First time working with thick leather like this.

Wet formed the top to stay folded

This side had the nicest stitches

Now to finish the edges a bit nicer and stain it with oil and then wax it.

The newest puukko: Blade is 100 mm x 20mm, peened nickel silver front bolster and polished rear end cap with cocobolo and ebony handle with boiled linseed oil finish. The blade has a 2mm bevel on each side of the 2mm spine. The blade was polished to 800x then gray Scotch Brite finish.

Thanks Xr6x. There is another puukko with some new features with a black ash burl handle. Also a reground Brisa Nordic blade, swedge, ffg & reworked ricasso and a cocobolo handle.

Nothing too crazy but here's what I've been working on. Its an s110v mule that I made handles for. The liners are red DVD case. The bolster is black and red micarta and the wood is walnut. I made the mosaic pin with 3/8 inch brass tubing and 3/32 copper tubing. It still needs some more sanding but its getting there lol.
