Whoa!!! That's amazing, SAK Guy; congrats on such a superb sowbelly!:thumbup:
Unusual combination of blades for a stockman, but I personally prefer a drop point to a sheepsfoot.

Thanks Gary!!! :)

Few more. I'll post the rest when I shoot 'em. Had the set out of it's storage space for inspection. I try to shoot them so the model number and year
of manufacture are visible. Sometimes it works, sometimes it don't.

Greg, I agree with the others: your photos are awesome!!:thumbup:
Are we voting on favorites among these recently-posted knives? For me, hands down, it's the sowbelly stockman!!:thumbup::thumbup::eek:

Greg, you are a photographic artist. Your pictures are to a level that can only be called "Art".
I really like the 2904 Trapper and the 1920 Folding Hunter is a famous knife too.
So far i have never heard of anyone using a "Black Box Winchester". They look like great knives.

This thread is titled "Black Box Winchesters" but some of the Winchesters posted are "Cartridge" series and maybe another series as well. I have assumed that quality of these Queen made for Blue Grass Cutlery Winchesters are all of the same quality regardless of which box or series.
Do others agree ? or do you think one series is Best and others are more 'bargain' level ?

Storage space, cripes, they're beautiful! Makes me wonder what you have in your every day collection!:D

These Winchesters really are some of the best made knives, if you haven't held/used one, gat on it, you won't be disappointed. Great photos Greg.

Rifle shield knives made by Queen are the same quality...

From my experience, the Cartridge Series appears to be the same quality as well.

Thanks Robert. I have not read all of this thread so your link to page 15 shows that you had asked the same question.

Greg, those are some amazing photos. They certainly show how nice these knives are.
I have a small collection I got when they came out, in 1990/91. I like them very much. This thread inspired me to see if I can complete the collection.
The little guys in the box are of course not Winchesters.
