The only downside to one knife per member is you then must choose between a collectible and user, which is an awful choice no knife person should ever have to make.

Welp, there's another Spring St barlow up on FlipperBay, current bid $570. But, this is only the second forum knife that I have seen on the auction site (so far) so that's actually kinda good, maybe? I think limiting the purchase to one per probably helped to slow re-sales quite a lot. Good call on that.
Well done for that.I do know who this person is and have contacted them and urged them to see the error of their ways.
Do your plans to make it yours involve not being able to leave anything alone?Well…I’m hoping to be able to acquire one from Charlie when they hit Canada. Have plans to make it mine…forever. If I’m lucky enough to catch the sale.
I’d settle for one, let alone two. But I do hear what you are saying.![]()
Haha! Very much so…and there will be a “partner in crime.”Do your plans to make it yours involve not being able to leave anything alone?![]()
As bad as I wanted 2 ( 1 is none and 2 is 1) I have to agree.Welp, there's another Spring St barlow up on FlipperBay, current bid $570. Well at those prices anyone buying it must really really want one.I do know who this person is and have contacted them and urged them to see the error of their ways.
Totally disagree! Very desirable as when you draw the blade thru something it follows the blade edge and pulls the blade deeper into the object you are cutting!Without a recurve, the blade edge would be totally flat in the pic below, but it curves up and then down. Not really desirable since it makes sharpening more difficult.
