My daughter showed up for work at the hospital today and got an email notifying her that taking masks, sanitizer or toilet paper.

I wish I had the foresight to buy a pallet of 1000 sheet single ply Scott tissue. I’d make a fortune at the flea market this weekend.

The lady at the register yells at her, “...if you’re here for toilet paper turn around and go back home!”

Truly her fathers daughter she quickly yells back,

“ Hell no! I came to buy up all your laxatives. When these assholes get constipated from trying not to crap in order to conserve toilet paper, laxatives will be worth their weight in gold.”

St. Louis cancelled every sports event...the NCAA March Madness tourney is a big money maker for our city. I feel sorry for the businesses and stadium workers.
I am waiting for the post office to tell us not to come to work! I feel like the toilet paper delivery man!!!
 
People have gone full goose bozo here.... just went to walmart neighborhood mkt to get my wife some ice cream, and a couple other things.... the bread aisle was empty. The chicken section was empty in the meat area. Of course, no paper goods.. no ground beef. The herd mentality, fueled by the lying media has everyone whipped up to a panicked frenzy...

Same here. Funny thing is the soap is plentiful, but hand sanitizer is all gone. Soap>hand sanitizer.

You never can tell what the herd will hoard. Here it’s water, tp, and hand sanitizer.

I bought ammo, bourbon, canned goods, hand soap, Tylenol, Advil, pasta, and Gatorade powder mix. Stupid me. :cool:

I just stopped by the store. All out of canned soup, chili, rice, beans, beer, etc. I don't really know if it's "panic buying" or just everyone is in the same situation at the same time. Found out early this morning that school is cancelled, events are all cancelled, gonna have to spend a lot of time at home "social distancing."

Getting Corona virus vs having a kid home for 3 weeks - it's a tie. Either way you'll be sick the whole time :)
