Bose Knives

This isn't an act, but no time to talk now....very busy...a rolling stone gathers no moss :D

This might answer some questions!

The awl on that is so nice! some can look pretty gaudy and out of place but thats a real looker. Great knives being posted up, if I die and go to heaven I hope I can use a bose folder to cut my apple up :D

Just in case someone might think the Old Dog was loosing his touch for the dramatic, he goes and does something like this. Personally, I think Tony must be in cahoots with these guys because this is one hefty load of buttery goodness to be carrying around in ones pocket(as if this guy will ever see one second of pocket time ;) ).

I've CEd and CFd a few of these Bose 5-blade stockman now and always marvel at how incredibly difficult they are to make, let alone MAKE WELL! This is just plain showin off now! :D

JC How 'bout this one ?

Those two stock knives are just amazing!
And, I can attest to both of those punches - I have one of each, and they will make a beautiful controlled hole in saddle leather, as good as any plier or straight type punch ever made! Nobody knows how to make punches like Tony does!!

A family portrait for Vince!!
Reese's HJ at the left, Tony's next. Then an experimental (successful) punch, and a fixed blade Harness set, by Tony!

Here are the pile sides;

All scratches and dust courtesy of Charlie's faithful old scanner!

I figured I'd bump this up,too ,since we're talking about all these leather punches
I think these are fantastic!

Oh these old pictures bring back memories of the good old days (meaning 2-3 years ago). Man, I used to go through the entire Bose thread once every 2 weeks. Guess it was shorter then......

Gotta see both sides of a leather punch - they're fundamentally 3D in design. That's a heck of a group Charlie!

Someone pointed out to me that those knives are all prototypes!
I actually didn't see the trees for the forest when I took that scan! Doh!
They all cut perfect holes!!

Those fixed blade punches are insane! they would come in handy so much for leather working I do...what haven't Tony and Reese made? I keep seeing these posts bumped that i'd never seen even though I've been going through older posts.

I have a feeling if I get to go to blade next year I may or may not get a little star struck at the Bose table :D
