Wow!! Mike that is just stunning. Congratulations on that one amigo.

Now you've got an excuse to get a new purse. :D :p :D

Ford,

I don’t need a new purse for this one because I’m going to put a gold chain through the lanyard hole and then wear it around my neck where it can dangle between my sweaty man breasts. (No, you can’t have a picture.)

Sunburst, let me get it nice and broken in before sending it to you.

The stag is fitted perfectly on that knife. Looks like the sanding took off just enough of the bark that you're getting some really nice transition colors. Awesome! Whatcha gonna cut Robuck...huh! HUH! WHATCHA GONNA CUT? :D:D

Here's 3 trappers by Reese, all hafted with black linen micarta, CPM-440V blades and springs. 2 half trappers, one with clip and one with wharncliffe, and a two blade trapper.

Now that's a useful trio!

Reese Bose Rogers whittler, from the 07 Blade show drawing, thru Blues, to me in trade for a sowbelly. I've tried to put it to good use. Just finished this ball in cage on a chain. Started in June, finished tonight. Carved almost entirely with the whittler. Yes, I resharpened it on a ceramic stone, but mostly I just stropped it.

Since this is my 1500th post and Ed did such a wonderful job carving with that awesome whittler of Reese's, I would like to give away a new Bose knife. Too bad I don't have one to give away but, afterall, it's the thought that counts :D

Kerry,

We'll settle for a Hampton knife. Let me know where and how to sign up for the Hampton drawing.

Cool ball and chain, Ed.

I gave up my Reese Stag BP for this one.

Vince, I like that trapper a lot!! Swapping a BP had to be hard, but I'll bet you will manage somehow? ;)

Congrats, Vince. I like the bone and that's a good pattern to use. The new owner of your BP has to be pleased as well, not that he needed another BP.
