Got my first shot (Moderna) a few weeks ago and I'm getting my second next week. My wife is a teacher and the school district had extra doses, otherwise I would have been waiting a while. It felt pretty good walking out after getting my first shot.

Not behind us you aint...I am appalled at the whinging going on here because Italy are keeping vax for themselves...their toll is in 100k region ...Australias is at 909...total....ffs I think they need it more than we do...Thanks, Jack!! British Columbia is behind Schedule!!

I'm old, obese, and diabetic. Michigan just made a rung for pre-stricken seniors.
My little sister seems a little resentful. She's merely old.

If they're still alive. The 80s are 40 years ago. (There must be some mistake.)
I finally got my first shot last week at the VA. I'm due for the second mid month. They were a bit slow at first, but they are making good time now getting all us old vets shot up! Karen is still waiting on hers. Williamson County Texas has been a bit bumbling on it.

My wife and I were lucky to get our first shot on January 14th, after scheduling via an online lolly scramble. The 2nd shot was automatically scheduled for us. We're all set now and happy to have it behind us.

I had no ill-effects from neither the first nor second shots. No side effects at all, not even a sore arm.
My wife felt a little run-down after her second shot, but was easily able to work. She had a sore arm with both.
Edit: Don't even know if that was proper English. It's a good thing I teach Math and not Language Arts.
