Lan just text, no change from early this morning, heavily sedated to keep Bob comfortable. She passes along sincere thanks to all praying for Bob. They just returned from the hospital now.

Thanks for the update, Paul. Maybe not the best news, but it certainly could be a lot worse. I'll keep praying daily for Bob and everyone involved. Bob and I once corresponded about something Stuart Scott, an ESPN anchor who died of cancer not so long ago, said about fighting cancer: "You beat cancer by how you live, why you live, and the manner in which you live." Whatever the outcome of this latest battle Bob's having, in my opinion he whipped cancer's ugly evil butt long ago, and is a daily inspiration to me! :thumbup:

Just got a text from Bob's daughter and there has been no change in his condition.

Just talked to Lan and Bob"s had a bit of a turn around. He is awake and sitting up in a chair.
