Wow. And at 3 1/2" it is the perfect pocket size. Approximately when will it be available?
A quick Google search shows these Case-Bose collabs have usually been released in October. I'm not sure about this one. When is the approximate expected release date?

Do you think you'll get one Dornblaser? It sure looks nice to me.
You can still find those pretty easy from dealers online. And they are always on a popular auction site. Is the problem getting them into Aussie land?

Quote: "would've loved to see a little sheepsfoot or wharncliffe blade on that"
The Crown (aka Coffin) Jack is a traditional pattern going back to the mid 1800s. A Spearpoint Master and Pen secondary are part of the pattern.
Altering these blades would make it not a true Coffin and might also spoil the flow and make an otherwise handsome knife look 'messy'.

Here ya go, folksy friends...the 2011 Case/Bose Collab. Prototypes. This is NOT an easy knife to make so they will have their game face on with this one. That said, they made the lockback whittler so everything else is a piece of cake after that.
