Dual Survival

What I couldn't believe was Teti saying their lives were in danger from the peccary after the other guys speared it with the atlatl

Line 39:

Tedi: :"What's an atlati?"

Line 40:

Tedi: "We are in danger from that dead peccary killed with a weapon I never heard of before."

i think it's interesting that Mykal Hawke (Man, Woman, Wild) was Teti's C.O. in the Army.

I have come to the conclusion that Matt Graham is better than Cody, Dave and Joe combined.

I have come to the conclusion that the script writers are writing Matt's part to be better than they wrote the parts of Cody, Dave and Joe. Why am I reminded of the old WWF? "Look! He's going to hit Hulk Hogan with a metal chair!"

Honestly? Are you still hung up on that script thing. Reality TV is REAL. Andrea The Giant R.I.P.

I think he was impressive in this last episode and showed some things that made him stand out, like top bracing a spindle fire with a small log and also his stalking and bagging a wild turkey. He's not a Cody clone; he seems to be more respectful and aesthetically inclined towards nature, possibly more so than Cody Lundin who likes to also talk how nature can kill you. This guy, his angle seems to be more on the beauty of nature. If that was part of some script, I think it's a brilliant idea to make this new guy come into his own in this show. I enjoyed this episode despite Joe Teti's juvenile behavior.

Is the show available to watch on Netflix, Hulu or the Discovery channel website or somewhere else? I dont have cable! :)

What knife is Matt using?

I don't know but he should be using a flint blade or a rock with some vines tied around it for a handle. They should also make him grunt and point as if he cannot articulate our language as he hops around on his knuckles.

The story could be that Joe found him in a glacier when he was assigned to an arctic outpost and thawed him out. He's Joe's best friend now and helps him survive the harsh terrains where only Matt could feel at home.

And Matt never fails to convey a deep moral message that Joe couldn't grasp earlier on in the episodes but by the end of each of their adventures, Joe finally gets it and is growing as a human being throughout the season thanks to his neanderthal partner.

Now that is funny. How about Joe starts doing to himself what he does to all others - treating himself like dirt, yelling at himself and finally firing himself from the show for "compromising the mission."

I was checking out the Blade Show website and Joe is giving Survival Technique Demos at the Show. I would like to see what he is doing.
