EDC - What did your knife do today???

Knarfeng,
In re:"Sorry. Only counts if you used the knife to open the chest.:D"

I don't think the state of New York or the county who's protocols I practice under would be too happy if I displayed that level of creativity. Plus would make for a hell of clean up afterwards.

Not much, but sliced 90cm wide paper from printer with my fällkniven U1 and it cuts soooo smoothly!
Other than that, regular office box opening.

Opened the package containing new headlights for my car and shaved my girlfriend's legs. Silky smooth. :D

Used my new Sebenza to open up the package to a new red Vic Cadet. Been doing alot of that lately. Using a minigrip to open a Vic Super Tinker, using the Super Tinker to open up a 2007 annual small Seb, using the 2007 Small Seb to open a Small classic Seb, then using that small classic to open up a Vic Cadet. My new Vic Soldier should arrive tomorrow, guess I need to use my Cadet to open that package. Been a good week lol.

Opened a pack of toilet paper today...I hope I' ll get more tasks for the Sage in the run of the day:D

Best thing to do with knives is to open boxes that have knives inside!

yup! i actually had to cut the box instead of just the tape this time. the Sage 2 sliced through the cardboard like it wasn't even there. then my smallfly and trainer were free to flip!

used my SAK Farmer to enjoy some left over venison i grilled last night and scrambled eggs for breakfast. here in Iowa we eat deer for every meal:D

Yesterday I used my Pocket Bushman to baton a dowel into a paint-stirring stick. Today I used my Case swayback's pen blade to erase some ink lines from a doodle by scraping the paper.

I used my Sage 2 to cut hundreds of feet of ribbon to tie around t-shirts. The scissors they gave me were incredibly dull.

I forgot to grab a corn knife from the cafeteria downstairs, so I just used my CRKT m1610kz (my abuse, not afraid to lose folder) to cut my flax seed whole wheat batter waffles.

BTW: So far, flax seed whole wheat waffles are the only medium I've found, that is cut easier with a serrated corn knife than a razor sharp straight edge.

Used my Carbon Fiber Stretch to cut open a couple of Bagels for breakfast, and then I had to cut open some boxes of paper to refill all our printers in the building, that's it so far.

I used the cutting hook on my LM Charge TTi to open up a blister pack and I used a large butcher knife to open up a UPS package! LOL

Used my knife to cut open the birth sack around the foal's nose allowing her to breath. It was a long first birth for the mama and we were concerned with the time the baby was without oxygen. So as soon as the filly's nose was out far enough that she wasn't going back in, I cut open the birth sack and heard and saw the foal draw her first big breath on this earth.
