    I am loving this Gaucho!
    Beef tenderloin with a cognac peppercorn cream sauce and roasted veggies. ( I screwed up and left the Dijon out of the sauce, doh!)

    Grilled salmon and shrimp, basted in avocado and garlic butter/herb oil. Grilled asparagus in a spicy chili oil with chopped garlic and some Zatarain's yellow rice. Damn good vittles right here shown with my @Jarrett Fleming Pocket Pal.

    Pork loin butterflied, pounded out, filled with stuffing, rolled up in latticed bacon the rolled in brown sugar. OMG!!! Sliced up with my shank and served with garlic mashed spuds. I am stoned on pork and sugar.

    Minuteman by @allen456. This is one of the most enjoyable knives to carve and do detail work with. Very close to the Fiddleback Patch which is also a sweet little knife that everyone should own. Allen should run a group buy (12x) of these.
