Here is todays breakfast and lunch. I used my newest Fiddleback purchase to help me out in the kitchen.




I really love this Handyman. It is my favorite Fiddleback model to date.

That's my bad. I have been doing some pretty serious research on the Hiking Buddy as of late. It is indeed a Handyman.

Vance, that is a pork steak.
I came across this hot sauce when I lived in California. It is locally made and I discovered it at a farmers market. The brand is "Infinity Sauce" this particular flavor is one of the hottest made. It is called Tri-haba-saurus Rex. Peaches and habaneros are the main ingredients in this sauce. It is the best tasting sauce I've ever tried. You can find Infinity Sauce online. It isn't the cheapest, but a little goes a long way.

i thought it might be pork
i'll have to look it up. i am down to about 5 different bottles here.
