Thanks Phillip. The chicken sliders look great, I'm seriously thinking about taking a dive and get me a kamado....

Nice pics catalystman.

VANCE, everytime I see your grilled food pics it makes me want a Kamado Joe!

Chicken drumettes and venison back strap.

Pulled the venison just in time. I almost let it get away from me. Over grilling back strap is like spilling a beer. :(

Looks great MajorD. And replacing the veggies with drummettes... Unorthodox but I like it!

Two beautiful plates of food, completely unadorned by vegetable or starch. Perfect.

If the Shank had a different name, it would be a highly-sought model. Extremely comfortable handle and a great paring profile. I know there's at least 3 of us that like it. ;)

LOL Actually that was all just pulled from the grill. The was the protein portion of our dinner. Although it wouldn't be the first time I've gone veggie-less. :D

You can count me as number 4.

Much welcomed lazy Saturday. Hung out walking around in town with the wife, and had ourselves some burgers and milkshake. If you're ever at New Hope, PA and want to have some grass fed burgers in moderate portions, stop by at the Moo. The Chaplain picture is a bonus...found it kinda amusing....

i normally do burgers and chicken at 400
smoke at 225-300
cook steaks around 500-600

i just did chicken sliders again tonight at 400

I've purposefully been ignoring all of these Kamado discussions... I'm intrigued though. I have a Weber Smokey that I smoke with, but our grill is in need of replacement.

catalystman80

it really is as easy as the videos make it out to be.
