Nothing major tonight just some freshly harvested steak and fries from my uncles farm.
My 1st time eating fresh steak. Not too bad.
2nd generation vegetarian, the cow ate the grass and I just ate the cow..
Yup I'm on the winning side of that deal lol

it is a great thing.
my wife's cousin shows steers for 4-H . When the season is over grandpa takes the steers to the butcher and passes the meat around the families.

Kicking off the football season with an SG specialty, BBQ. Prepping a nice whole brisket and a couple racks of baby backs for tomorrow. Will fire up the Traeger about 3 am to get this meat party going.
