Lol, just buy some old cook books and experiment with things you like. That's what I did starting around age 9 when I had been a latch-key kid since age 7, and dad worked late days, and mom went out with her friends after work, and I wouldn't see either till after what I considered dinner time :) My dad was a great cook. Once he and mom divorced and he and I moved to Florida, most of our meals were cooked outdoors somewhere around the bay. Then later when we moved back to Alabama it would be somewhere along the Chattahoochie River. I love cooking over an open fire and good hot coals :D

Thanks. I really liked it. At $7 a bottle it's a good thing I don't drink all that often :) It's seasonal though, and they don't have a lot of it, so I'm going to pick up a couple more...
