Fiddlebacks and Food

Nice! I like where your head is at...maybe one day he will get bored and make only 1 which we can all fight over. There will be some sour sharks if that day ever comes around!

Its lent time, and i like to find creative uses for fish. I made some Fish Nachos the other night.

Tilapia marinated in Adobo. with a light flour coating and fried.
A semi-Remoulade (mayo, ketchup, pickled japs, red onion, garlic, cayenne, fresh squeezed lime juice)
lettuce, tomato, feta, any other cheese of your liking
on chips duh!

Pulled some Rainbows out of the afterbay today. Fried 'em up in a whole mess of bacon grease.:p
My Ladyfinger shined when it came time to clean the 'bows.

No pics unfortunately, but my Hiking Buddy was the hero this afternoon cutting corn of the cob for my kids that both have braces and some other kids at the neighborhood Bright Saturday feast. Even got a few oohs and aahs.
