Flashlights

Very Nice! I bet it's going to take on a really cool look as it develops a patina..
 
You can tell how impressive an item is if one chooses to get multiple items from any one maker. UT...since your growing the Mac collection...you are pushing me closer to placing my order for the Tri-EDC. I don't think I'll ever hear back on my FDE request, so standard will have to do.
 
I love the wall of light that the triple produces, and the fit and finish is unlike anything I have ever seen in a flashlight. Get your Order in now, as the wait isn't getting any shorter.
 
UT nice torch, I like the heavy knurlling. With three LEDs, must get hot when on high. I'm thinking leather sheath for EDC.

Oveready Moddoolar is my next target. I like that it's the same triple, and you can run it off tons of battery configs. I also like the 1700 Lumens on high with 2 cells.

MBI Holy Flashlight is on the radar as well. 500 lumens from a keychain flashlight.

And then maybe my first HDS.
 
UT, now you have me googling MBI holy flashlight... I could see myself getting one of the SS ones and throwing in on my keychain.
 
I just signed up for the Zeus pre-production email notification.. Looking at the HFs as well.. So many shiny things..
 
Fired, very nice, makes carrying your goodies around with you easier and helps out when you just can't decide what to EDC, take em all ! :)
 
Well, back to my flush mount rotary 200. The raised 250 rotary will ride bedside.
I can't keep the thing from coming on in my pocket (frustrating) I liked it except for that.

Got tired of strangers pointing at my crotch and saying "Oooh... it Glows".
My flush mount rarely (if ever) came on in pocket.
 
Understood, you don't want it to come on in your pocket. I have been carrying my HDS 250 in a ballistic nylon sheath when I know I'm doing outside activities. Lots of folks don't care for items on their belt. I just got use to carrying a myriad of stuff on my belt so for me it's not a deal breaker. Sometimes I have my gun, phone, flashlight, sheath knife, and leatherman all my belt. I know this is not practical for most folks and at night if I'm out with the wife my configuration is an ankle holster, my flashlight and XM 18 are all riding nicely in pockets with pocket clips.

I'm going to EDC the 200 and definately pocket the 250 around the house, walking the dogs, chasing the bear, etc.
Nice to have Options (even if not Final):)
I must be getting more flexible with age, I used to be - Carry the one thing I liked best and that was it. Now, I like having choices.
 
So that"s what you do for fun up on Rubi Mountain, chase bear into the woods, bear stops, Rubi stops, bear chases Rubi ! You better be careful, these un hibernated bears get pretty hungry this time of the year, don't want to become a Rubi burger.
 
Not that any of us have choices when we choose to carry any of the multiple EDC items we have ;) I agree! It's nice to have choices :D

I'm with you! I don't have my 250 yet, but I'm still carryin' a Novatac 120p & it's horizontal on my belt in a maxpedition sheath.
