110 cut the pepper and onions for my Philly cheesesteak and the Bolillo roll. Added some peperoncini’s, couldn’t be happier.

It’s the BOTM for May, 3v blade and brass scales. They still make the slim pro trx in g10, I’m pretty sure they’ve disco’d the micarta slim pro. I could be wrong though. I’m actually carrying a slim pro in micarta with a d2 blade today. Great carry. Is this the slim pro blade on a metal handle? Have they stopped the micarta versions?
I really like the blade profile of the slim pro with the straight clip, good idea on the classic pattern. I often carry the g10 slim in 420HC. So does the BOTM also have the straight clip? How heavy is the brass version? Thanks for sharing. It’s the BOTM for May, 3v blade and brass scales. They still make the slim pro trx in g10, I’m pretty sure they’ve disco’d the micarta slim pro. It’s the same blade as the slim pro with the straight clip. With the brass scales I’d say it weighs the same, if not a few more grams than the classic 110. About 7.5 oz.I really like the blade profile of the slim pro with the straight clip, good idea on the classic pattern. I often carry the g10 slim in 420HC. Thanks, unfortunately I don’t like the look of the new hunter sport. Something about the different colors of the Bolsters and the green slabs doesn’t look clean. Are the bolsters micarta too? Or are they the aluminum like the frame? Thanks. It’s the same blade as the slim pro with the straight clip. It feels good in pocket because of the profile. Have you checked out the 110 hunter sport? https://www.buckknives.com/product/110-hunter-sport-knife/0110GRS5-B/
Bolsters are aluminum. You could always dye the micarta black so it matches. Also a few guys in the Buck sub have made wood inserts that look great. Thanks, unfortunately I don’t like the look of the new hunter sport. I enjoy going off tangent once and awhile, it does happen.Bolsters are aluminum. You could always dye the micarta black so it matches. Also a few guys in the Buck sub have made wood inserts that look great.
Sorry for the slight thread drift.
