Food and Blades

I've heard of Franklin's BBQ sauce, but never tried it. I've been using nothing but this stuff for over 20 years. I used to buy it by the gallon, but I don't do as much smoking as I used to, so I just buy a 6-pack of bottles now, and they last a long time.

I met Chris Lilly, the head pitmaster of Big Bob Gibson, at an event years ago. Later went to one of the restaurants; he was there and remembered me. Impressive operation they have! The Alabama white sauce chicken was a revelation.
