Sorry, but that doesn't bear any resemblance to what I call a cow patty.Another Texas cow patty. The sliced mushrooms didn't make it to the pan. Again.

I've heard of Franklin's BBQ sauce, but never tried it. I've been using nothing but this stuff for over 20 years. I used to buy it by the gallon, but I don't do as much smoking as I used to, so I just buy a 6-pack of bottles now, and they last a long time.

I met Chris Lilly, the head pitmaster of Big Bob Gibson, at an event years ago. Later went to one of the restaurants; he was there and remembered me. Impressive operation they have! The Alabama white sauce chicken was a revelation.
