Beef, onion and garlic over spaetzle. This little CC 502 just-sharp-enough parer excells on garlic, onion, carrots etc using my left thumb pad cutting board, as well as potatoes, coring peppers etc....

Made Shakshuka eggs with a side of smoky sardines. Apparently a North African/Middle Eastern recipe I found on YouTube. It was fantastic. I’ll be doing that again often. . .
