Beef, onion and garlic over spaetzle. This little CC 502 just-sharp-enough parer excells on garlic, onion, carrots etc using my left thumb pad cutting board, as well as potatoes, coring peppers etc....

Spam for this but I like red devil as well but they sure have gotten proud of it. I guess everything I used to eat that was cheap has become that way it seems though. Hell even Vienna are ridiculous these days.

Today is my Vero Engineering Lux 2 with th wife’s home made pizza. Mushroom and salami for me and pineapple ham for her - I know, I know. . . I think she only does it cause it’s he only way I won’t bother to try to eat hers too.

And the other night was my MEFP Shiro Quantum with her garlic lime basted roast chicken:

Out on a trip, time for dinner, getting dark soon and it looked like the rain was coming. Use my Optimus stove for a bit quicker cooking. Rice, green pepper, red onion, garlic and chorizo sausage was on the menu. The Spyderco Manix 2 lw did all cutting chores.
