I do too these days. I'm solid . I'm 5'9.3 201. The goal is 5'9.3 @ 192. Gotta work on the flat lol

6'6" and 205(+/- 5lb) is my base weight with gym and mountain biking.
I get pretty shaky when I get under base, so chicken wings today.
No carbs, just in the beer.
