Wow must be nice. He is going to need that extra cash. I am taking him to court if I do not see my hawks soon. I am really fed up with him. It has been over two years now. I am posting my anger everywhere I get a chance. I want to make sure everyone is aware of the issue going on. If I can help one person from getting ripped off, I am doing my job. At this point I am confident I have had several people look at his Better Business report before making their decision to purchase his product. I will keep it up until I get my hawks. I will never stop making sure as many are informed as possible. The day I get my hawks, I will stop. Until then....I let his BBB report do the talking.

My guess is that he already had the shealth made so he wanted the money from it. If I would have known he was a thief, I would not own one of his Tomahawks. Just reading about this makes me want to sell mine.
I just sent a note to the Siskiyou DA Office with copies of the case. Last night I sent an email to the Sheriffs Office, the Siskiyou County Newspaper, and his wife. No replies as of yet. Dana Turner did remove his Facebook account over night though. I guess he read something.

I am filing it in court next week as a matter of fact. Might be able to have it sent out by Friday. I have already sent him the warning letter as required by the court. No reply. No action. That is when I called him and ask him to ship it out. It is then he cursed me for "bothering him" with all of this. He also yelled about being disabled and me having no respect for the disabled. (I am a disabled vet that had to early retire from injuries sustained during the Gulf War). He was yelling extremely belligerently. I think I got under his skin with that. I thought he would have shipped it then, but nothing. He actually told me there is nothing I can do. He also told me he was going to sue me for bothering him and causing him undo stress. I honestly laughed out loud at him on the phone when he said that.
Hey everyone. I want to thank each and everyone of you for your help. You all have given some tremendous support. I will certainly keep every one updated. Thank you again, you are all a great bunch of people. Seriously though. You had to do nothing, but opted to help. That in itself says something of your character. The world is void of such character. Teach other your compassion and the world will be a better place.
Not a peep after all the paperwork and notes and emails to Dana turner. Nothing. This man does not care about his reputation one bit. I will be filing my case wary next week or I might get it filed Friday. One way or another I am filing with small claims court on this.
Thanks. I just got my confirmation letter back from the California Department of Justice. They are looking into the situation. I also directed them to the BBB website. The more people that file a complaint the better.

Not sure. It would be beneficial to them. I have dealt with them a couple of times. They do good work, keep in great contact with you, and deliver quickly. It seems to me to be an honest forge wanting to put out good work. I am very happy with the 5 hawks I have gotten from them over the course of 3 orders.
Just got a letter from State of California Attorney General. Dana Turner has made up a story how he has intellectual property stolen from him on Facebook. He is supposed to have a case against people talking about him and not delivering their orders. Now how does that work. A company can sue the people for talking about not getting their orders. He is using this not to send any orders. Warning to anyone out there with orders already outstanding still. He is using this as an excuse not to have any contact with his customers. This is another pathetic attempt on his part to rip off people that have placed orders from him. Dana Turner, I hope you can sleep at night knowing you are such a low person. People like him put a bad name on small business.
I have been following this thread in hopes that there would be a good ending but I am very disappointed to see that this issue has digressed further and is still ongoing for you. I have two of his hawks that I ordered a few years ago without incident. His wife made the sheaths for them. It is a sad situation for all parties involved. Best of luck Ladams19
I hoped that he would just ship my order. I have gotten nothing but anger, cursing and now he is supposedly trying to sue me for harassment. How is it harassment when a person keeps asking for this idiot to ship an order that was bought and paid for. I guess I am supposed to set back silently while he rips off more people. It will never happen. I hope he is reading this because I promise here and now to make it my purpose in life to ensure every customer that considers a Fort Turner product knows of his history. Nothing will change until I get my order and some sort of apology from Dana Turner for all of this mess. If he was any kind of a man he would have settled this order a long time ago. A person like him is not even a man in my book, he is the lowest sort of life preying on people. I thank you all for your support and I will never stop.
