Yes, you have to pay up front. I have called him many, many times. I have been more than polite to him also. He gave me many excuses. First excuse I got from him was, "I just don't know why I can not get this order done. It must be because you ordered more than one style." Those were his words. Then he told me that he made my order and they cracked in heat treat. When I called and was asking over and over again when it would ship. He told me that he was disabled and I am being disrespectful because of his disability. He told his machine of some kind was broken. I was trying to be understandable. Well several months past and no order. I called several times again and have sent close to 50 emails to him. At the time there was a Facebook page about how he was ripping people off. I went on there and told my story. He got mad and cursed me out. I told him that it has been more than 2 years and I would happily remove it all if he just shipped my order. Nothing but rudeness and cursing from him. I got this email from him in Aug 2014, 11 months after my order. """Hi Larry , I apologize for the wait , As you know Ive had major medical problems , but Im back at it , just much slower , Ive pulled your order & working on it & will ship shortly. Thank you for your patience , Dana."" still no order. Well here we are another year has passed and nothing. I have been busy lately so I let the course case pass. I will be filing the case while on Christmas break. I am really done with this guy. He is rude, unprofessional and just a plain bad business man. It is sad he is acting like that.
