Thank you all for the help and suggestions. Dana Turner called me today. The first time we talked he seems to be a very stand up person that is concerned over his inability to delivery product. He as nice on the phone and cordial. He was very sincere in his speech. He is upset with the fact that I am complaining about his services on social media. I understand his anger over this, but honestly I had no other recourse without going to court. I hate making these official and having the law tell us how to do our business. I expected him to deliver this long before now. I am not trying to smear his name, I am telling the truth about a service that was expected. He said he would be sending me a check for my purchase amount. He no longer wants to make the product that I ordered on the grounds that he feels I do not appreciate or respect his work. That is far from the truth and I would much rather have the product. It takes a specific skill set to manufacture a traditional tomahawk. But it is his choice not to ship his product to me and refund the money. A refund will end this issue and silence me on this subject. Note though, I am not smearing his name. I am telling my store. Waiting two years for an order is long past the time most, if not all people would be willing to let this go. This could have been settled a long time ago if only proper communications would have occurred on his part. My best advice to him is to "Don't leave your customer guessing for two years about something they ordered, they may guess wrong on why they are not getting what they paid for." I wish the man the best in his business and hopes he changes his business practices. My understanding is he makes a good product, it is just a matter of overcoming some obstacles and getting them delivered with a reasonable time frame. Hopefully I will be received my refund or better yet and fine product made by Mr Turner. If I do receive product from him I would be happy to give a rating deserving of what I receive.
