Forum Name?

OldPhysics, any particular specialized area of physics (astrophysics, particle physics, etc)? It's always been an area of interest for me.

Tim T,
who is sometimes known to be a pain in the A..
or is the Alpha to a tribe of Zulus...
or dabbles in everything from A-Z...
or grew up in Arizona...
or moved from az to mt?
I've used it since INFI was a new invention, so I don't even remember anymore... take your pick. ;)

I wanted an easy, short, non-knife related name. This was the first discussion forum I joined, but was hoping to use my choice elsewhere also. J & A are my first 2 initials, but didn't want to use all 3...looked weird, so X...but Jax was taken. Tried Jazz (not into jazz, but used to dig watching A-team..."He's on the jazz."), also taken. Got bored, threw 2 X's on and boom. It stuck. :D:D Even IRL at shows. :)

I was playing a medieval kingdom building sim a number of years back, right around 2000 or so, and I needed a name for my ruler. My brother Matt used Matthias, and as I always looked up to him, I wanted to make something out of my name too (Andrew) but I couldn't think of much as I kept thinking about Matthias, so Armithius somehow popped into my head and I thought eh, it has an A and sounds medieval-y enough, and that was it. I've been using it anywhere I've needed a character name or handle ever since.

Name derived from an ocular anomaly (in the avatar).... Part of the whole.."Halveye Helptu"...a play on words"Have I helped you?"

My name is Luke and I've spend some time in an undercover unit working narcotics, vice and Intel (spook/spy). It's a stretch but the name makes my stepson laugh

He could tell you, but then silent black helicopters would descend over your house and .......

My forum name is from a car I planned on owning forever. Traded it for a Toyota Land Cruiser. Then replaced it with a BMW M6. So I should probably change my forum name to M6 Land Cruiser.

Can't help but reflect that my story sounds almost like a scene from "Stripes"............

Thanks for the heads up resinguy. Nobody needs that kind of hassle. The black helicopter guys were super rude last time they were here. Is a little courtesy too much to ask for during a rendition?

My forum name is from the Simpsons I relate to Homer Simpson as a bacon lover can never have enough bacon in life

When I discovered this forum I was still in school as a civil engineering student. I am now a structural engineer (WAYYY better than civil engineering) and wish I could go back and modify my user name...:D
